Tuesday is Pork Carnitas Tacos, another family favorite. Pomodoro sauce with spaghetti is on Wednesday. So much better than the jar and so easy, you must make it. Fried Chicken Wings is on Thursday, a family favorite. So put your poneytails up, and let’s get to cooking.

I hope that you enjoy my whats for dinner videos. I try to make easy one pan or one pot meals when possible. I list all of the recipes in the descriptions so you can print them out and cook with me. I do easy how to cook videos for beginners on most recipes. Tuesdays are always Taco Tuesday, and I usually make mexican food on that day. I do not have a preference on proteins and include beef, chicken and pork recipes in my videos. I am from the south so comfort food is a big part of what I make.
I try to include budget friendly dinners, cheap meals or frugal meals when possible, and crockpot meals and crockpot recipes are a staple.
