It’s Day #17 of your SummerFit ENERGIZE Challenge!Get your heart pumping and muscles burning using no equipment! alternating between four different exercises working cardio and abs. Round one starts with 45 seconds back to basics, followed by 30 seconds HIIT. In Round two, we put the two together for a combo round of 40 seconds. Low impact and high impact options available.
