Greta Thunberg has been charged in Sweden with disobeying a police order after she joined a gaggle of local weather activists blocking oil tankers at a port in June.
Swedish prosecutors confirmed Wednesday {that a} “younger girl” was charged with disobedience as a result of she “refused to adjust to police orders to depart the scene” throughout the protest.
The assertion didn’t determine the defendant, however Swedish Prosecution Authority spokeswoman Annika Collin revealed that it was 20-year-old Thunberg.
