Let’s get our sweat on with this no equipment cardio and abs workout! Grab your jump rope and sliders so we can really step it up! We will work for 30 seconds of each exercise for 3 rounds and 15 seconds rest in between. We will group two exercises together in supersets with one cardio movement and one ab exercise so be ready to stay moving!
