30-Minute Low-Impact Cardio Workout

Join fitness trainer Rachel McClusky for a 30-minute low-impact cardio circuit, joined by Mikayla Campbell and Nikita Chaudhry. In this routine, you’ll start with McClusky’s tried-and-true standing arms, followed by lateral lunges, kickback pulls, bird dogs, and glute bridges along with many other moves that will challenge your body from head to toe. You’ll end with a rewarding cooldown that includes a variety of stretching exercises. The moves may be low-impact, but you will feel challenged to be your best self!
